Here we’ve outlined the marquee process we use to ensure a smooth transition from idea to perfect day!
FIVE SIMPLE STEPS
INITIAL MARQUEE ENQUIRY
After your initial enquiry we will send you our brochure pack with price lists and outline quotations to reflect the size of your event.
SITE VISIT
A free site visit to your home or venue with William to discuss your budget, colour-schemes and an opportunity for you to look at our many marquee photos.
QUOTATION SUBMITTED
Personalised quotations sent to you after the site meeting.
PAY DEPOSIT
Once you are satisfied with your proposed marquee, please send us your 25% non-returnable deposit and signed Terms and Conditions to make your Booking and Hold quoted prices. You can pay via cheque and BACS (bank transfer).
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
You may “fine-tune” your order as often as necessary up to two weeks before your event when the final invoice will be sent for payment a week before your event.
DELIVERY & REMOVAL
Construction and removal of your marquee will be on pre-arranged days to suit you and us – normally construction is Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and removal Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. This means you have ample opportunity for several events to be held in the marquee whilst it is “Yours”!
